He was a very smart person, but he had a government that is very secretive and brutal to dissidents. And he had a really good group, like he has an 80 high-ranking officials.

The dictator/government in Burma cut the internet. I think the dictator cut the internet because he does not want to let the other people know that, that place is poor. Or maybe the government wanted to limit the internet so that the people living there could not get outside information.
